Brut Reserve NV
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with reserves from previous years, and lees-aged for 2 ½ to 3 years to give depth and complexity. A Gold Medal winner in the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships, it was recently listed by the glass by Alain Ducasse in his flagship restaurant in Paris.
A delightfully pale, salmon pink colour, made wholly from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes and lees-aged for 2 to 2 ½ years. A winner of Gold and Silver Medals in numerous international wine competitions, it is specially crafted for celebration, parties and romance.
Blanc de Blancs NV
Made 100% from chardonnay grapes and lees aged for 2 to 2 ½ years, this wine was voted the Best Wine in Show and the Best English Sparkling Wine at the London International Trade Fair on its first time out, and has been winning medals ever since.
Blanc de Blancs 2009 Vintage ‘La Perfide’
100% Chardonnay and lees-aged for 5 years, this was the first wine we ever made and has won Trophies and Gold Medals in almost every major international wine competition. It was most recently voted Supreme Champion, Best English Sparkling Wine and Best English Blanc de Blancs in the 2017 UK Wine Awards.
Vintage ‘La Perfide’
Lees aged for 5 years, from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from our first ever harvest, this wine has also won a string of Trophies and Gold Medals, most recently winning the Best Sparkling Rosé in the 2017 UK Wine Awards. It was also voted the best English sparkling wine in Robert Parker’s ‘Wine Advocate’ in 2017.
Brut Reserve 2011
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and lees aged for 3 years with a further 3 years on cork, this was released in 2018 in a limited edition of only 300 (individually numbered) magnums and won an immediate Gold Medal and Trophy for Best Classic Cuvée in this year’s UK Wine Awards (2018).
